
1) Can I return my item?
(A) Yes! We offer a 28-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied, you can initiate a return by emailing us at info@soundevote.com.
(B) To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
(C) Please note, if the fault is not on our side, we'll not cover return shipping on any orders, which means return shipping is at the buyer's expense.
(D) If you would like to return a faulty product, provide adequate proof in the form of image or video with the order number and send it to info@soundevote.com.
(E) If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
(F) You must pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags, and ship it back to us using your preferred shipping method.
(G) Defective items must be returned to address on the packaging slip and once it's arrived we can offer you the refund or replacement.
(H) Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email with confirmation of the approval or rejection.
(I) If your return is accepted then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method in 4 business days.
(J) If your refund was rejected for a specific reason, we'll be in touch to resolve this matter with more alternatives, hopefully in a short time.
2) Can I exchange my item?
(A) This product is made especially for you. As soon as you place an order, the whole process begins and items will be delivered to you.
Due to this fact we'll not be able to change the size or colour of a specific item in original order, it means if you want to exchange your item
you'll have to create a new order.
(B) You can exchange your item by placing a new order and sending the original order to us at your own expense.
Once we receive an original order, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method in 4 business days.
This whole process can take days or weeks, please be patient.
(C) As we offer free shipping, once you place an order in our store with a specific size and colour, this item will be delivered to you. This applies to all orders in our store.
(D) Always make sure that you're choosing the right size and colour of our products when you shop in our store to prevent misunderstandings.
(E) Remember, you always can exchange your item when you choose the wrong size, colour or purchased product which doesn't fit you, but you also have to follow our rules and steps in this case. Thank you for understanding!
3) What to do if I didn't receive my parcel, my item wasn't delivered or got lost?
(A) If your item wasn't delivered to you due to the wrong address, usually the parcel takes a u-turn back to the return address.
Once we receive your item back, we'll be in touch with next steps.
(B) If the tracking information states the order was delivered, but you haven't received it, we won't reship that order.
In some cases the parcel is left in an unexpected location at your address.
First you have to contact the carrier and enquire if the delivery person left any additional details about where the parcel is.
If you still can't find your parcel, you must place a new manual order to reship it.
(C) If your parcel gets lost in the mail, you have to submit a claim within 28 days after the estimated delivery date.
After that, we'll process your claim and cover reprinting and shipping costs for a replacement order.
In this case we'll also need to double check and confirm your shipping address which you provided when you place an order.
You will also have to contact the shipping carrier to try to locate the lost order / parcel.
4) What if the product gets damaged in the mail?
(A) If something arrives damaged, please send a photo or video of the damaged goods to info@soundevote.com. We'll be in touch.
