1) Returns

 

 (A)   Our Return Policy
We offer a 28-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return by emailing us at info@soundevote.com with your order number and reason for return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as you received them, with all original tags attached.

 (B)   Return Shipping Costs
Manufacturing defects or errors on our part: We cover all return shipping costs.

Change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference: The customer covers all return shipping costs

 (C)   Processing Returns
Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on where to ship your package. You must ship it using a trackable method of your choice. Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll email you a confirmation of approval or rejection within 2 business days. Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 4 business days.

2) No Direct Exchanges

 

 (A)   Due to our made-to-order production process, we are unable to offer direct exchanges.

 (B)   Each product is custom-made for you once your order is placed.

 (C)    To exchange for a different size, color, or style, you will need to place a new order and follow our standard return process for the original item.

 (D)   Please note that this process may take 1-3 weeks.

 (E)   We recommend double-checking our size charts and product details before ordering to avoid the need for an exchange.

3) Shipping & Lost Packages

 

 (A  If My Package Is Lost or Wasn't Delivered? 

- Incorrect Address: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you once we receive it to arrange a reshipment (additional shipping costs may apply).

- Tracking Shows "Delivered" but not Received: Please check with your shipping carrier and all common delivery locations first.

We cannot provide a refund or replacement if the tracking confirms delivery to your address. A new order must be placed.

- Lost in Transit: If your package is lost in transit, you must submit a claim within 28 days of the estimated delivery date. We will then process a claim and cover the costs for a replacement order.
 

 (B  What If My Product Arrives Damaged?

- If an item arrives damaged, please email us at info@soundevote.com immediately with your order number and clear photos or videos of the damaged item

and its packaging.

- We will respond within 24 hours to offer a full refund or a free replacement. You do not need to return the damaged item.
